Custom Designs
Lloyd's Landscapes Inc
provides professionally developed landscape designs using modern computer design imaging programs. We will measure your property, take photographs, then discuss your landscape needs, ideas and preferred materials. When all data has been collected we will create a custom design for your property that is both functional and aesthetically appealing. We are passionate about what we do, and every aspect of your design will be carefully thought out paying close attention to providing season long color, low maintenance, and selecting plants that are best suited to your growing conditions.
Design fees are based on the amount of time that it takes to complete the design. Generally, prices range from $75 - $100 for a small area and up to approximately $250-$300 for a 1-2 acre property. The larger the area being designed, the higher the cost (most designs average between $150 - $200). 50% of the design fee is refundable when purchasing the design for custom installation. This is offered as a 25% discount on plant purchases until 50% of the design price has been recouped. On designs installed by Lloyd's Landscapes the 50% will be deducted from the price of the work.
