Guarantee Policy
One Year Plant Guarantee
At Lloyd's Landscapes Inc., we strive to have the best quality plant material available. Our plants, at the time of purchase from our nursery, are guaranteed to be healthy, pest free and true to name. The survival of a plant depends on proper installation and the follow-up care that it receives. Plants need to be watered regularly for the first few months and then periodically throughout the first year. Plant Installation and Watering Information sheets are available to assist you. You will also want to watch for signs of insects or disease and provide appropriate treatment if necessary. Periodic fertilizing and regular trimming are also recommended to maintain the health of your plants. Also, winter protection may be necessary for tender plants. If you need further information on plant care and maintenance please contact us. We will be glad to help.
All sales are made with the understanding that we will not he held liable in the event of loss or damage caused by events beyond our control such as lack of plant care or damage caused by insects, diseases, rodents, or weather. We will entertain requests for replacement or credit towards the purchase of another plant if returned within a year from date of purchase. A receipt is required for all returns.
All plants installed by Lloyd's Landscapes Inc are covered with a one year, one time replacement guarantee. No claims will be considered on past due accounts. Transplanted material cannot be guaranteed because of variable plant conditions prior to transplanting
